Returns & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES 
10-DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 10 days from the date of delivery provided that the product is not worn, washed, and its package and label are not damaged, torn, or detached.

We allow customers to decide whether to keep or return the item within this 10-day timeframe. However, even a few days of use could potentially  damage the item, so please treat newly purchased items delicately during this initial period in case they need to be returned.

Please note: If the returned item cannot be restocked due to its used appearance, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not reimbursable for standard returns. If your order was eligible for a Free Shipping promotion and was not billed for shipping costs, the shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit. 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:
• The item(s) have been worn
• The Item(s) are not returned in original packaging
• The item(s) have been washed or altered
• The Item(s) have cat or dog hair on them
• The Item(s) smell like cigarettes, perfume or detergent
• The Item(s) are packed in a poor condition, are wrinkled or otherwise un-cared for
• The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
• The item(s) was a final sale item
• The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
• The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THE ITEM(S) TO “ZURIFAB”.
• Upon receiving your return, ZURIFAB shall process your return within 48 hours after receiving your package
• Once your merchandise is inspected and approved, a refund will be applied back to your original card/form of payment within 3 business days after inspection.
• Refunds will not be issued for worn, washed, altered items or for items that are final sale.
• ZURIFAB can only process your refund to the original credit card used for purchase. If this is not possible due to a canceled card, store credit will be issued.
• ZURIFAB is not responsible for any delays resulting from your bank or credit card processor as we have no control over their policies and procedures. Please contact your financial institution for their policies and procedures.
• Store credit cannot be converted to a refund
• If your order or partial order is returned for a refund, the full cost of shipping your order or parts thereof shall be deducted from any refund if shipping costs exceeded the shipping fees charged.

For International exchanges and returns (outside of the United States), you are responsible for all shipping charges for returns.

Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONAll orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours at fashionsupport@zurifab.com. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
